Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms cover your use of Code 3 (code3dailyrun.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not medical guidance

Code 3 is an educational and entertainment tool built around EMS-style scenarios. It is not a medical authority, not a substitute for certification coursework, continuing education, or your medical director's guidance, and must never be used to make real-world patient care decisions. Ride Along content reflects general NREMT-aligned scope of practice; always defer to your own agency's local protocols.

Using the site

Code 3 is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer answer data outside normal gameplay
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the site or its API
  • Use the site in any way that disrupts its normal operation for other users
  • Submit abusive, harmful, or illegal content through the Suggestions/Feedback form

No accounts, no guarantees on local data

Code 3 doesn't use accounts. Your streak and reviewed-case history are stored locally in your browser. We're not responsible for data lost due to clearing browser storage, switching devices, or browser issues, there's no server-side backup of this information.

Content accuracy

We aim for clinical accuracy in every case, but errors are possible. If you spot one, please report it through the Suggestions/Feedback option, corrections are always welcome and help improve the site for everyone.

Intellectual property

The Code 3 name, branding, case content, and site design are owned by the site operator. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose case content or branding without permission.

No warranty

Code 3 is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code 3 and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, including any reliance on its content for real-world decisions.
