How to Play

Two tracks, same core idea: clues reveal in the order a real call actually unfolds.

🚑 For Fun
Daily Run
1
One shared scenario drops every day at midnight, same case for everyone.
2
Clues reveal in call order: Dispatch → Scene → Presentation → Vitals → History.
3
You get 5 guesses. Guess the condition or diagnosis. Each wrong guess unlocks the next clue.
4
Guessing right (or running out of guesses) reveals a teaching note explaining the case.
5
Keep your streak going by playing every day, and copy your result grid to share, no spoilers included.
📘 For Students
Ride Along
1
Browse cases by category (cardiac, trauma, airway/respiratory, OB, behavioral, environmental) anytime, no daily lock.
2
Pick your scope fresh for each case: EMT-Basic or Paramedic.
3
Each clue comes with a dropdown of 4 possible interventions. Pick the right one to unlock the next clue and move the case forward.
4
Picked wrong? No penalty. Just try again from the same dropdown, there's no attempt limit and no scoring.
5
Keep working through the case until the final step, transport or an ALS referral, then see the full intervention sequence and teaching note. Mark it reviewed and move to the next case in that category.
Ride Along teaching notes reflect general NREMT-aligned scope of practice. Always defer to your agency's local protocols, which vary and which this site can't know.
